Job Overview*
We seek a versatile *Accountant & HR Specialist* to manage financial operations and human resources functions. This dual role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in both accounting and employee management, supporting the company’s growth and compliance.

### *Key Responsibilities*

#### *Accounting Duties*
– Manage day-to-day financial operations (bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable).
– Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reports.
– Ensure tax compliance (GST, income tax, TDS) and liaise with auditors.
– Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
– Maintain accurate records using accounting software (e. g. , Tally, QuickBooks).

HR Duties

– Oversee end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding).
– Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
– Address employee queries, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
– Implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance (labor laws, PF/ESI), and conduct audits.
– Organize training programs and employee engagement initiatives.

### *Qualifications*
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; HR certification is a plus.

– 3+ years of experience in *accounting + HR roles*, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors.

– Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , Tally, SAP) and HRMS tools.

– Strong knowledge of tax regulations, payroll systems, and labor laws.

– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
