Description
We are seeking a professional, presentable, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients, vendors, and visitors.
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors in a courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
Handle all front desk duties including call logs, appointment scheduling, and visitor registration.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate courier and mail handling (inbound & outbound).
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
Support HR and admin teams in organizing meetings, interviews, or events.
Keep track of daily attendance records and coordinate late arrivals with HR.
Manage front desk emails and respond to general inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (Real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and neat appearance.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
