MAC DEVELOPMENTS is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, this individual will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Perform cold and warm calling to potential clients
Handle telesales and follow-up communication
Visit clients to explain our offerings and close deals
Schedule in-house meetings with clients, negotiate terms, and convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain strong follow-up with leads to ensure consistent engagement
Develop new sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales
Identify new sales opportunities in the real estate market
Promote and sell our real estate projects by establishing contact with clients through PR, social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-person visits
Build and maintain strong client relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
1–2 years of sales or call center experience, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good moral character, soft-spoken demeanor, and pleasant personality
Proven sales track record specifically in real estate
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
