Overview:

Islero is looking for a reliable and experienced MT5 Manager to oversee the daily operations of our trading platform. The right candidate will have a solid background in forex and CFD brokerage environments, with a strong understanding of MT5 systems, trade execution, and risk management. You’ll work closely with our support, compliance, and tech teams to ensure smooth and secure trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full setup of MT5 platform: symbols, groups, instruments, and routing configurations.
• Monitor and manage trade flow, execution, and pricing across A/B-book models.
• Create and maintain client trading accounts, adjust permissions, and resolve account issues.
• Provide internal teams with technical support related to MT5 operations.
• Generate and analyze reports on trading activity, exposures, and system performance.
• Work with compliance on trade and account audits when required.
• Monitor risk exposure and assist with hedging strategies or other dealing desk functions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in an MT5 admin/manager role.
• Good understanding of trading infrastructure in a brokerage setup.
• Familiar with order execution, liquidity bridging, and risk handling processes.
• Prior experience in a dealing desk or risk management role is a strong advantage.
• Able to work independently and handle fast-paced operational environments.
