Description
This role combines maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment and assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning:
o Wash and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
o Handle dishwashing and manage waste disposal.
o Keep floors, walls, and storage areas tidy and clean.
• Helper Duties:
o Support cooks with basic tasks like chopping ingredients and organizing supplies.
o Ensure ingredients and kitchen supplies are well-stocked and accessible.
o Help with any additional tasks needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful but not necessary.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Physically able to handle cleaning duties and assist with light lifting (up to 15 kg).
