Job Description

We are looking for Fronters / Agents for our Final Expense Outreach Campaign. As a Fronter, you will be responsible for making calls to potential clients and offering them our final expense insurance service. After initial contact, you will transfer the qualified leads to Verifiers and Closers. You’ll be required to handle 1000 calls a day with a strong focus on reaching goals and offering clients relevant insurance options.

Requirements

– Excellent English communication skills.

– Strong cold calling and lead-generation skills (BPO experience preferred).

– Dedicated and motivated individuals who are driven to succeed.

– Ability to handle a high volume of calls.

– Must be a team player and work in sync with the Verifiers and Closers.

Salary

– Fronters: PKR 30,000 to 50,000/month (base pay) plus commissions.

– Training and Career Growth: Fronters will be provided with training and opportunities.
