Position: General Manager.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for launching and growing our operations in Lahore. This includes creating a dynamic business strategy, building relationships with travel partners, and developing a high-performing team. You will be at the forefront of shaping our brand, ensuring our services are competitive and tailored to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Market Entry Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow the agency’s presence in Lahore’s travel market.

Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, corporate, and group travel segments.

Partnership Building: Forge relationships with airlines, hotels, visa facilitation services, and other travel industry partners to create competitive travel packages.

Operational Setup: Oversee the establishment of operational workflows, ensuring seamless service delivery for ticketing, visa processing, and travel arrangements.

Sales Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of travel consultants, providing them with the tools to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Promotions & Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that effectively showcase our services and attract a loyal customer base.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a proven track record in business development or leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of travel services, including ticketing, visa facilitation, and holiday packages.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Urdu; additional language skills are a plus.
