Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels. The candidate should have expertise in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
• Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and branding materials.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Develop infographics, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency in all design projects and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. ).
• Monitor trends, audience insights, and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social media ads that align with campaign goals.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
• Work closely with the Social Media Ads Manager to design and implement paid advertising campaigns.
• Create attention-grabbing ad creatives, banners, and promotional materials for digital marketing efforts.
• Optimize ad visuals based on performance analytics and A/B testing.
