Brother Glass Pvt. Ltd. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities. This role is essential in ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and it provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement reviews.
Assist in payroll processing and ensuring compliance with payroll laws.
Perform regular financial analysis and reporting to aid management decisions.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar accounts or accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create spreadsheets and analyze data.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification.
Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
