Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and provide information about courier services and charges.
Accurately book consignments into the system (manual or digital), ensuring all necessary details are captured.
Weigh, measure, and label parcels, issuing receipts to customers.
Collect cash or process digital payments, and maintain proper cash handling records.
Assist in sorting and tagging parcels for dispatch and tracking.
Respond to customer queries regarding shipments, delivery times, and issues.
Maintain daily booking logs and report to the Branch Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate with delivery riders and dispatch team for timely delivery.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or courier operations (preferred).
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Courier software)
Good communication skills in Urdu and English
Cash handling and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
