We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting our products or services, and generating leads or sales. Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident attitude are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Make calls to potential and existing customers

Present and promote products or services clearly and effectively

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline

Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Ability to persuade and build rapport quickly

Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
