WE ARE HIRING A DESKTOP SUPPORTER WHICH MUST HAVE FOLLOWING Key Skills & Responsibilities
-Strong experience in desk-side IT support
-Hands-on expertise in Desktop Support, Asset Management & Patching
-Good understanding of Networking (L1/L2 troubleshooting)
-Experience in O365 operations (user management, mailbox support, license handling)
-Ability to handle end-user issues, system setups, installations & configurations
-Managing IT assets, inventory, and documentation
-Providing on-site support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
