We are looking for a responsible, well-presented, and organized Female Office Assistant to join our team and assist with day-to-day administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, professional, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming phone calls and emails
– Maintain and organize files and records
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Support general office tasks and ensure smooth operations
– Assist senior staff as needed
Requirements:
– Education: Intermediate or any equivalent qualification
– Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc. )
– Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills
– Presentation: Well-dressed and presentable with a positive attitude
– Organizational Skills: Punctual, detail-oriented, and well-organized
– Experience: Prior experience (e. g. , receptionist or administrative role) is a plus, but not required
