Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead our human resources department, ensuring that our HR strategies align with the company’s overall mission and goals. You will play a crucial part in managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
– Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
– Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage performance appraisal and feedback systems
– Support the leadership team with strategic workforce planning
– Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
– Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Experience with HR software and recruitment platforms

Job Timings:
11:30am-10pm ( Monday – Friday)
