The preferred candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator/Administrator or similar role. Essential skills include proficiency in ERP/CRM platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.), expertise in Sales Order Management and quotation preparation, and strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, is required. Proficiency in the English language is a requirement, while knowledge of Arabic and other international languages would be an added advantage. The candidate must be currently residing in the UAE and demonstrate the ability to work independently, multitask, and handle high-pressure environments.
