Support Engineer (L1)
CloudJune is hiring a Support Engineer (L1) to join our growing technical support team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in cloud platforms, ITSM tools, and API-based systems who are passionate about delivering reliable technical support.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
3–7 years of hands-on technical support experience
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
Experience with ITSM tools and incident/ticket management
Ability to support REST APIs, including authentication and error handling
Familiarity with AI services, workflows, and API-based model consumption
Experience in enterprise system integrations (Microsoft technologies, ERP systems)
