Job Title: Truck Dispatcher & Sales Executive
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and secure new freight customers and partners.
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, brokers, and shippers.

Dispatch & Logistics Management:
• Assign and monitor driver schedules for timely deliveries.
• Resolve delivery issues and optimize route planning.

Customer Success & Retention:
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Address inquiries and manage customer expectations.

Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work with logistics teams to align dispatch operations with client needs.
• Track performance metrics and generate regular sales reports.

Requirements:
• Experience in sales and truck dispatching or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of freight networks and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with dispatch systems and CRM tools is a plus.
